Justin was incredibly helpful and has made sure that everything was perfect before renting. There was a slight issue with water damage in the unit I was going to rent, and he made sure that I not only got a new unit before I moved stuff in but did so without me having to cause a commotion. Most places would have ignored the water, but Justin took care of it before moving in date.

We spoke with Justin prior to move-in and he found a climate-controlled unit close to the exterior door. He knew we had 4 Uboxes & showed the U-Haul delivery truck where to place them when they arrived. He also found a rolling cart for us to use. This is excellent customer service!!

Justin was very nice friendly. He answered all our questions. Was very helpful with all our needs we even decided o a larger unit for our needs. He showed us around to the unit and then one he thought we would like better. Offered us waters and any help we needed. He was very nice helpful and is even gonna help us with truck rental when we are ready to move. I give him 5 star review.
